Working Principle and Application of Miniature High Voltage Motors

Principle of operation of high voltage motors

A miniature high voltage motor is a type of electric motor, similar to other electric motors, whose working principle is based on the law of electromagnetic induction. When the current passes through the coil, the resulting magnetic field will interact with the distance between the magnetic poles to produce rotational force. In order to keep the motor rotating at all times, an external DC power supply and a corresponding control circuit are required.

Applications of High Voltage Motors

Miniature high-voltage motors are characterized by high speed, high power, small size, etc., so they are widely used in various fields. The following are several common application scenarios:

1. automobile wiper: the rotational force generated by the micro high-voltage motor is utilized to drive the wiper to rotate and remove rainwater.

2. automobile air conditioning fan: the micro high-voltage motor drives the fan to rotate and produce cold or warm air.

3. power tools: such as electric drills, electric drivers, etc., using micro high-voltage motor to rotate the tool for processing operations.

4. mobile robot: micro high-voltage motor through the control circuit, driving a small robot drive wheel, rotating forward.

5. Miniature high-voltage motors can also be used in home appliances, medical, industrial, electronic and other fields, such as small water pumps, electric toothbrushes, printers and so on.

Above is the working principle and application of miniature high voltage motor, although the miniature high voltage motor is small in size, it rotates very fast and generates a lot of power. Therefore, micro high voltage motors can play an important role in a variety of small and high-precision mechanical equipment.
