Micro geared motors are gear motors, which are assembled with gearmotors on the basis of ordinary DC motors. The function of gearmotors is to provide lower rotational speeds and larger torque, which can greatly improve the utilization rate of DC motors in various fields. The differences between micro geared motors and ordinary DC motors are described below.

Compared with ordinary DC motors, micro geared motors have the following advantages

4. slow speed, high output torque.
Micro DC motor is a transmission device that can convert DC power into mechanical energy, DC motor stator will provide a magnetic field, DC power for the rotor to provide current, commutator to make the rotor current and the magnetic field to produce torque direction remains unchanged. Micro DC motors can be categorized into brushed motors and brushless motors.
No matter which type of micro DC motor, as long as the DC current can be passed into the very high speed, generally in a few thousand to tens of thousands of revolutions per minute, and the torque is very small, can not drive a larger load. Micro geared motor using gear meshing principle to reduce the high speed, and then enhance the output torque, the more gear stages, the final output speed will be slower, the greater the torque.
